Every year at the end of August in Locarno, GastroTicino, together with GastroLagoMaggiore e Valli and Ticino a Tavola, organises the Ticino Risotto Championship for chefs and carnival groups.

Our strength: the use of spring water from ‘Pont da Picol’, at an altitude of 1,000 metres in Val Nadro.
